This one was cool:

  • Pop-ups drive conversion

It also said that user-generated content gets more results that brand-created content.
Which makes sense, since you want to be open, authentic, and transparent.

I don’t want to get all mushy gushy, but it’s pretty exciting having a teacher who actually knows what he’s talking about.
